Shipping Times:

All shipping times provided on the design page are estimates. While majority of orders are delivered on time, there are instances out of our hands when FedEx/UPS experience delays. We will do our best to inform you of these delays.

Returns & Refunds

Although it is rare, mistakes do happen sometimes. If you do not receive the product you expected due to an error in production, we will either fully refund or re-make your order. You have the option to choose which one you’d like.

Due to our silicone wristbands being a custom product, if you decide to cancel your order, the refund status depends on the following:

• Your order has not entered production: We will fully refund your order.
• Your order has finished the custom mold process: We will refund your order minus costs incurred for the mold ($20).
• Your order has completed production: We will be unable to refund your order do to costs incurred of completing production.

We strive to produce and deliver your wristbands as soon as we can. For that to happen, we try to start production as soon as orders are received. 

We highly recommend you reach out to us as soon as possible on the same day as the order was placed if you change your mind and decide you do not want the wristbands so we can stop your order from going into production and provide you with a full refund.
